In our time of being in the beauty industry, we have talked with a lot of brides and bridesmaids over the years about previous experiences they had in the past. The common theme we heard was the artist/stylist did not listen to what the client had wanted or did not ask enough questions to give the client a result they were happy with. Victoria is especially selective with her team and their approach to listening and asking the right questions to find out what you really desire. We will give you our recommendations but at the end of the day, your happiness is what truly matters and we will make any adjustments you'd like with your look.

Victoria goes through an extensive interviewing process when hiring artists for her team. Each artist is selected based on their level and years of experience, how they interact with clients and asking the right questions so that the end result of your hair or makeup look is one that you absolutely love. All of her team members are fun, kind, understanding and patient and will be with you every step of the way. Victoria also selects her team members based on their style aligning with her 'looking like you, but polished' philosophy.
